Natural Resources

Whether it is in oil and gas or the green sector, this sector is capital intensive: large sums are raised on public markets or from private equity, which are applied in development of the oil or gas field or equipment.

A part-time FD based in the City of London is ideal for these companies and we have helped many to raise funds and ensure that they are spent as envisaged, so as to maintain the confidence of investors. Our knowledge of the listing requirements and the flexible nature of our services, ensures that costs of raising finance are kept low, thereby making the most funds available for the core business. The international nature of the sector is nothing to deter us either – our clients have come from as far afield as Kazakhstan and Paraguay

“FD Solutions stepped into difficult situations, and have delivered every time. They have produced timely and accurate reporting to our HQ in the USA, and quickly identify and communicate issues to avoid surprises and initiate corrective action plans.”
Joe Kwapinski, CFO, Potter Industries
