Property

There are comparatively few transactions in property investment and development businesses but each one is complex and without the ability to navigate through tax regulations and funding requirements the vision of the business and its architects and other project managers won’t come to fruition. We don’t have the technical skills to identify and deal with tax matters, which are the domain of accounting firms. We contribute by ensuring that these matters are looked at in a timely fashion, that the advice received is clearly understood by management, and pull together the many other aspects (funding, planning permissions, procurement, sales/lettings) into a clear summary so that barriers are identified, and overcome, and progress is maintained.

“FD Solutions stepped into difficult situations, and have delivered every time. They have produced timely and accurate reporting to our HQ in the USA, and quickly identify and communicate issues to avoid surprises and initiate corrective action plans.”
Joe Kwapinski, CFO, Potter Industries
