Richard heads up the development of FD Solutions’ unique offering in the Midlands to growing and entrepreneurial businesses as well as to those that are currently struggling.
Recent experience includes:
Working on significant company disposal transactions, coordinating accounting, legal and tax advice.
For the last 5 years he has held non-executive positions including Audit Chair in the National Health Service in both Primary Care and the Acute Sector. He currently sits on the Board of a Foundation Trust.
Richard is a Chartered Accountant who prior to joining F D Solutions has held senior positions in both industry and practice. Key appointments have included Group Finance Director at LPC Group PLC, the largest UK based independent producer of tissue product and partner at national accounting practice PKF. He has also been the Financial Controller at a medium sized family owned group of companies involved in retail, publishing and distribution as well as Divisional Accountant and Commercial Manager in a Midlands technology based listed company.
