Who We Are: Keith Malkinson

Keith’s sector experience includes marketing services, film financing, charity and healthcare.

At FD Solutions, Keith:

• implemented monthly financial reporting for a business that didn’t have any management accounts for over a year
• restructured debt for a family-owned client company resulting in the release of a private mortgage
• assists start-ups with their financial and cashflow management
• works with a number of small clients to deliver robust financial reporting and planning tools

Keith qualified with Touche Ross in Manchester and then spent time at Reuters before moving into the SME sector where he gained experience of both owner-managed and US-owned businesses at FD level.

At market research group TRBI, Keith led the rationalisation of the group structure and the merger of a division of a sister company into the operation.  He then went on to help a film financing business to prepare for flotation on AIM which included the review and correction of significant errors in previous years’ accounts.  Subsequently, at MedTel, he led the company’s fundraising programme, raising debt to enable the opening of new sites.

Keith is also a trustee of Childlink Adoption Society.
