Giuseppe is Italian but lives and works in France, from where he runs our French operations.
After graduated in economics from Bari University in Italy, where he subsequently qualified as a chartered accountant, Giuseppe undertook several jobs in the financial markets and advisory sector across Europe. He started as an equity analyst in Paris, with Euro Equities, an independent equity research firm. He subsequently joined Standard & Poor’s in London as a senior equity analyst and strategist.
He took part in the development of EASDAQ, the European stock exchange for growth companies focussing on French-speaking countries, Southern Europe and Israel, and played a substantial part in IPOs between 1997 and 2000. He joined Nasdaq Europe and took part in the exchange’s successful European fundraising in 2001.
Subsequent to that, Giuseppe co-founded a corporate finance advisory practice within the Milan-based ABM Group, a privately-owned virtual infrastructure and IT group.
Giuseppe then served as director in charge of the corporate broking desk at Bryan, Garnier & Co, an investment bank specialising in the IT, healthcare, renewable energy and speciality retail sectors, providing new finance to a number of European companies, and liquidity to VC funds.
Giuseppe joined FD Solutions as managing director of our French subsidiary. He has a particular expertise in information technology, healthcare, automotive, online and offline distribution and experience in conducting business in France, Italy, Belgium and the UK.
He speaks fluent English, French and Italian. Giuseppe is based in Paris, where he founded the Italie et Finance, a network of Italian-speaking entrepreneurs and executives with interests in finance and financial markets.
