- FD for a fast growing, private equity backed SaaS business. Market leader in the UK and currently expanding into the US.
- An executive Board FD for a live event technical support business. Recently acquired an event management business with debt finance.
- FD for a fully integrated and acquisitive media agency. Recently acquired two agencies to enhance digital and creative offering.
- FD for an architects and interior designers, specialising in branded environments.
- FD for an internationally acclaimed design business.
Recent appointments include:
- Provision of FD support to enable the successful restructuring of a £30m event business.
- CFO in a marketing and design business, guiding the company through a sale process.
- Financial due diligence assignments on behalf of an award winning, market leading investment company.

Prior to joining FD Solutions, Bryan spent 12 years at the London office of a large international accounting practice where he headed up the outsourcing division.
