Bryan has a depth of experience providing support to a wide variety of businesses including setting up and streamlining finance functions, business planning, forecasting, strategy and advice to UK and international businesses.

Current FDSolutions roles include:

• FD for a fast growing, private equity backed SaaS business. Market leader in the UK and currently expanding into the US.
• An executive Board FD for a live event technical support business. Recently acquired an event management business with debt finance.
• FD for a fully integrated and acqusitive media agency. Recently acquired an agency to enhance digital offering.
• Provision of FD support to enable the successful restructuring of a £30m event business.
• Financial due diligence assignments on behalf of an award winning, market leading investment company.
• FD for an award winning, high growth, young, creative and energetic intelligent market research business.
• CFO support to an AIM-quoted fuel cell technology business.

Recent appointments include:

• CFO in a marketing and design business, guiding the company through a sale process.
• FD to a drinks distribution business
• FD to a corporate advisory and law practice.

Prior to joining FD Solutions, Bryan spent 12 years at the London office of a large international accounting practice where he headed up the outsourcing division.
